The People´s Deputies listened to the report of M.Traiduk, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Local Self-Government, Head of the Working Group on investigation and monitoring of activity of Kirovohrad city council and Kirovohrad mayor.
M.Traiduk stated that the facts presented in the appeals and complaints submitted by the People´s Deputies testified that Kirovohrad city council and V.Puzakov, Kirovohrad mayor, adopted resolutions, violating the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine", other legal acts.
Moreover, V.Puzakov, Kirovohrad mayor, issued a number of illegitimate decrees concerning dismissal of the officials of the city council that were abolished by the court.
